AVOCADO CHOCOLATE PUDDING


I have made this dessert for several gatherings now and all my skeptical friends and family end up loving it!


  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 8-10 dates, pitted removed

  • 1 TSP vanilla extract

  • 2 TBSP of cocoa powder

  • 1 cup water

Simple Steps

Place first four ingredients in high-speed blender or food processor and begin blending. Drizzle in the water until it becomes a thick chocolate pudding. You may need to scrap the sides of the machine down a few times. Keep going until it is smooth and creamy! Stick it in your fridge for a few hours to improve consistency and temperature. Serve cold.
